Purpose of the Job

The Logistics Supervisor will oversee warehouse operations, manage logistics teams, and ensure efficient handling and delivery of shipments. This leadership role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and team performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations
• Coordinate shipment processing and dispatch
• Monitor inventory levels and stock management
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures
• Train and develop logistics team members
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes
• Manage delivery schedules and routes
• Handle escalated operational issues
• Prepare operational reports and KPI metrics
• Coordinate with transportation and customs teams

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Understanding of customs and shipping regulations
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
